Monte’s cuisine

As a guest at restaurant Monte, you can tell that chef Danijel Dekic and his team are continuously striving for perfection. They’ve come up with three spectacular tasting menus which are inspired by the RGB colour spectrum: Red, Blue and Green. On the menus, you can find the chef’s signature specialties such as the “Omega 3”, consisting of three preparations of different Northern Adriatic fish (bluefish, mackerel, great amberjack and tuna). Another diners’ favourite is the suckling pig with lentils, yellow cabbage and pork rind. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in delicious desserts including rose ice cream with apple mousse and candied rose petals. To complement the chef’s culinary delights, in-house sommelier Tjitske Dekic-Brusse presents a magnificent wine list with carefully selected labels.
