Andreas Herbst’s exciting Alpine cuisine is all about re-imagining traditional classics with a modern twist. The chef himself describes this style as “The Epic Slow Food Leogang”. His exquisite gourmet cuisine is characterized by the combination of regional recipes, innovative techniques, and Pinzgau nuances. Together with his acclaimed Riederalm kitchen team, restaurant chef Andreas showcases the best that local nature has to offer, including herbs from his own garden and dairy products from Leogang farmers.

Right beside hotel restaurant Riederalm lies an attractive holiday region with plenty of activities and excursions on offer. In the Leogang area, there’s always an adventure to embark on, no matter the season. Go hiking, mountain biking, or cross-country skiing to explore Austria’s breath-taking mountain scenery in full glory. Riederalm is also located next to the Asitzbahn valley station (in Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn) as well as the world championship-caliber Bikepark Leogang. Offering 720 kilometers of mountain bike trails, this park makes Riederalm the perfect hotspot for biking enthusiasts.
