Elliott Konig, originally from East London but raised in the Kent countryside, developed a passion for wine while working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Canterbury. Surrounded by local vineyards, he began studying with WSET and CMS, advancing to manage the wine list, which fueled his enthusiasm for the industry. A year ago, he moved to London to join the team at Da Terra, a Michelin 2-star restaurant. Elliott curates an exceptional wine list that perfectly complements the restaurant’s innovative cuisine, and his expertise and dedication have earned him great respect in the culinary world.
