Restaurant Le Saint Sauveur is run by Céline and Georges Lelièvre. Between 1998 and 2006, the duo worked in several Michelin star restaurants in Switzerland. Managing a communal inn near Geneva in 2006, they earned a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide, for the inn’s excellent price-pleasure ratio.

Chef Georges Lelièvre and his talented kitchen team spend hours on creating the finest menus. At restaurant Le Saint Sauveur, most of the products are homemade from scratch: from bread and brioches to puff pastries and desserts. Working with high-quality ingredients from local soil, the restaurant offers various menus. For lunch, you can choose between the 3-course market menu and the 3-course menu of the day. For dinner, there’s the classic menu (3 or 4 courses), the terroir menu (3 courses), and the menu of the moment (3 courses). Expect modern French specialties such as lightly smoked pink trout, and calf’s head. Dessert options include the tonka bean meringue, with créme de Bresse and fresh berries. Good to know: vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available upon request.
