Michael Kammermeier is chef at restaurant ENTE im Nassauer Hof. After his apprenticeship at Neubrands Stüble in Bad Wörishofen, Michael worked in various restaurants, including Residenz Heinz Winkler in Aschau and Lenbach in Munich. In 2001, Michael joined restaurant ENTE im Nassauer Hof where he became head chef in 2006. Here, he conjures up his exquisite modern European cuisine, infused with innovative touches, that keeps drawing gourmets from near and far.

With young chef Michael Kammermeier at the helm, the cuisine at restaurant ENTE has continued to earn its Michelin star. This restaurant celebrates modern European cuisine with innovative touches, creating dishes that will leave you begging for more. Diners can choose between the table d'hôte menu, or select their own favourites from the à la carte menu.
Specialties on the menu include sliced duck liver with pear, black nuts, sherry jelly, brioche; and white halibut with nacho crust, red Swiss chard, imperial caviar and corn broth. Each dish can be paired with the perfect glass of wine from the extensive wine list. Good to know: vegetarian and vegan options are available upon request.

The mixture between contemporary design and natural elements like wood and fresh linen tablecloths, creates a warm and cozy, yet luxurious atmosphere.
