The chef gained his culinary training at the Colombi Hotel Freiburg and later worked in various high-end restaurants throughout Switzerland and Germany, like Lampart's Hägendorf, Chesery Gstaad, and Sölringhof Sylt. After this, he joined the kitchens at Storchen, where his surprising flavour combinations are a treat for every gourmet’s senses.
