Hostess Marijn Waanders started working in healthcare when she was 16. She wanted to go into the psychological field, but it was less positive for her at that age than thought. Marijn likes dealing with people, and in the hospitality industry she can do that too. She gets much more satisfaction from that. Guests come here for an evening out. It's nice to show what we do here. And it's very nice when they get back that the guests appreciate it. Besides being a hostess, Marijn is also a sommelier and fromagier.
