Chef Lisa’s praised cuisine is based on fresh, first-quality products from mainly local producers. At Les Gribaumonts, the menu changes every two weeks. However, ultra-fresh and seasonal ingredients always remain at the heart of the chef’s seductive dishes.
The wine list exclusively contains favorites and new discoveries from Europe. Twice per month, you can attend the restaurant’s ‘Wine Tuesdays', during which you’ll discover wines, grape varieties, regions, and vineyards from far and wide.
