Katharina Röder has been the hostess and Sommelière at the Michelin-starred restaurant "Bembers Häuschen", in Windeck, Germany, since 2011. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, she expertly crafts memorable dining experiences while ensuring every guest's needs are met. Katharina’s passion for fine dining is complemented by her studies at the School of Business Administration and the International Wine Institute in Bad Neuenahr.
