Massimiliano Mascia, chef of Ristorante San Domenico and beloved nephew of the Marcattilii brothers, joined the restaurant at just 14 years old. In 2022 he renovated the kitchens, placing the concept of “doing things well” and conviviality at the center, a philosophy and way of life that invites guests into the kitchen to share the experience, taste together, and discover special menus.
