The Sustainable Restaurant Association has set the global benchmark for sustainability in foodservice. Food Made Good is the world’s leading sustainability Standard tailored to the hospitality sector.
The Standard assesses businesses against a 10-point Framework under three core pillars: Sourcing, Society, and Environment.
Independent experts and leading operators rigorously review each submission before awarding a rating:
* 1 star: 50 to 59%
* 2 stars: 60 to 69%
* 3 stars: 70%+
