On Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 March, JRE-Chef Mark Captein and host Marjolein van der Ham invite you to a rare and exceptional culinary experience at Orangerie de Pol: an exclusive champagne dinner in collaboration with champagne house Jean Diot, straight from the heart of the Champagne region.

During these days, you will discover the elegance and craftsmanship of champagne Jean Diot, a family-owned house from Vinay, near Épernay. Here, terroir, tradition and finesse come together in champagnes renowned for their refined balance, purity and gastronomic character.

JRE-Chef Mark Captein presents a carefully composed five-course menu, with each dish perfectly paired with a matching champagne. Father and son Jean Diot personally share their stories and background, allowing you not only to taste, but also to experience the story behind every bottle.
