The menu, which will be revealed shortly, is designed to highlight local, seasonal ingredients, celebrating the traditional cuisines of La Rioja and Castilla La Mancha while also incorporating innovative twists. The dishes will be served in smaller portions to ensure a balanced and refined gastronomic experience, allowing diners to savor each detail of the meal.
Additionally, Original Beans will participate in the event, providing the chocolate that the chefs will use in the dessert, adding an extra layer of quality and sophistication to the evening.
