New year and new JRE-Italia Guide 2024. Published by Condé Nast, and released on newsstands with the magazines Traveller and Vanity Fair, it encompasses the world of JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs in Italy by taking people on a journey throughout Italy. A journey to discover the chefs who are part of the Association and their cuisines, through ideas and experiences. All with a focus on the aspect of sustainability, which is increasingly central in the world of catering.
