Landgoed Hotel & Restaurant Carelshaven presents their new menu. Led by Chef de Cuisine Daniël Nijkamp, the menu is cooked at a high culinary level with fresh regional products.
The restaurant offers various culinary menus, including the JRE Menu and the Botanical Menu.
In addition, the restaurant offers a refined selection of appetizers, including Fjord salmon trout and monkfish liver. The main courses are equally special, with flavorful options such as turbot, skrei and wild pigeon. To finish, enjoy delicious desserts, including boxed orange, sea buckthorn and a tempting selection of cheeses.
