Alpenblick’s cuisine

The Alpenblick’s excellent food is renowned far beyond the Jungfrau region. Chef Richard Stöckli is praised for his pure passion for cooking. In his Alpenblick restaurant, he serves traditional Swiss cuisine as well as the finest local dishes. Each dish is perfectly paired with a glass of excellent wine by sommerlier Yvonne Stöckli. Behind the restaurant, Richard maintains a lush garden of fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Most of what the restaurant serves their guests comes directly from the garden or from the nearby mountain cows.

Alpine delight in Wilderswil

Alpenblick hotel restaurant is situated in Wilderswil, close to Interlaken and the starting point for the Jungfrau ski region (Grindelwald-First, Grindelwald-Wengen and Mürren-Schilthorn).  Within a few minutes from the Alpenblick, you can reach the valley stations for the most beautiful Swiss mountain, ski trails, and winter hiking areas.

The Alpenblick chalet hotel offers comfortable rooms in rustic style, as well as more modern rooms in “Landhaus” Alpine-style. If you listen closely, you can almost hear the fox and the rabbit say goodnight from inside your bedroom.    The hotel is not only known for its tranquility, but also for the meticulous furnishings throughout the building. Each room is unique, but they all have one thing in common: the typical Swiss charm, such as local wood, mountain pictures, and wooden cows.
