Alpenblick’s cuisine

A good dinner at Alpenblick is an exciting concoction of unexpected discoveries on a plate, in addition to a cozy, enjoyable ambiance and extraordinary service. Award-winning chef Björn Inniger is known for his excellent modern Swiss cuisine. Favorites on the menu include roasted venison with beetroot sauce, celery, savoy cabbage and melon, and marinated salmon trout with pickled vegetables. In the fall, from mid-September to early November, the menu offers specialties from locally hunted game. Each year, chef Björn visits Geneva winemaker Marc Ramu to look for treasures to add to the wine list. The list includes top wines from the area but also consists of foreign wines. On the extensive wine list, you can take a discovery tour and choose a wine that you like, or you can decide to let your dishes be paired by the chef.
