Patrick Müller is head chef at restaurant Alps & Ocean. After he completed his culinary training, Patrick did an apprenticeship as a chef in his parents' establishment Hotel Sonnenhof under top chef Klaus Schuster. Next, he joined hotel restaurant Alps & Ocean in 2008, and has been ruling the kitchen here ever since. Gault-Millau has awarded him 3 toques and 16 points for his culinary achievements, and Falstaff has given him 92 points and 3 forks.

The praised 8-course menu by chef Patrick Müller is refined and diverse. Expect to embark on a culinary trip to the Alps and the sea, in honour of the restaurant’s name. The dishes are customized according to the personal preference of each guest. It’s no surprise that this approach turned restaurant Alps & Ocean into one of the best dining spots of Tyrol. In addition, in the Wirtshaus you’re treated to beef tartare, lobster and other local specialties with an international touch.
