Anyone who works at a JRE-Jeunes Restaurateur restaurant doesn’t merely belong to a Europewide network, they are also accepted into a very special community. The annual Austrian JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs "Service Day" is one of the highlights that brings this to full expression!
The focal point aren’t the Chefs themselves, but rather the Team as a whole and specifically our Service employees! Around 120 participants from JRE-Jeunes Restaurateur restaurants joined the launching event, hosted at the distillery of master distiller Hans Reisetbauer. All attendees where were treated to a brilliant program. Expert presentations as well as a producers’ marketplace with workshops sparked the enthusiasm of all!
