At restaurant De Fakkels, chef Paul-Luc Meesen pampers diners with his inventive and creative gastronomy. The passionate chef is dedicated to classical cuisine, but surely doesn’t shy away from adding a sprinkle of modernity to his traditional dishes.
Next to its lunch menu, the restaurant offers three wine pairing menus: the tasting menu, the 3-course “Marc” menu, and the special JRE menu (available upon request). Restaurant De Fakkels is known for its excellent wine cellar, and with sommelier Nicole Spreuwers, you’re definitely in good hands.
