The restaurant’s Michelin-starred cuisine revolves around regional produce. In Saint-Nicolas’ sober yet sublime ambiance, the Vanderhaeghe chefs pamper your palate with original flavour combinations, thoughtful presentations, and innovative cooking techniques.
You can opt for a 3-, 5- or 7-course dinner. On Saturday, there’s a special 4-course lunch (don’t forget to book your table in advance).

Hotel restaurant Saint-Nicolas is the perfect starting point for exploring the area. You can rent one of the hotel’s bikes and follow one of the nearby cycling routes. Surrounded by cities like Ypres, Poperinge, and Veurne there’s plenty of sightseeing to do.
After lunch or dinner, you can also relax in the nearby wellness spa, Puur Sana, which you’ll find further down the road. Here, you can wind down in the Finnish sauna, the infrared cabin, or enjoy other state-of-the-art facilities. There’s also a private terrace with a jacuzzi.
