Restaurant Meyers Keller serves authentic regional cuisine with locally grown products. The kitchen, led by chef Joachim, works with sustainable agriculture and integrates these high-quality ingredients into their holistic cuisine. Diners can expect refined, exciting flavour-dense dishes. All courses are individually selectable, focusing on basic taste sensations. Specialties on the menu include the delicious pickled huchen fillet in a mushroom-spiced coating on grilled porcini mushrooms with green garlic oil; and the exquisite saddle of lamb with green summer aromas, herbs and pea pod puree. Each dish can be perfectly paired with an excellent glass of wine from the extensive wine list.

The medieval town of Nördlinger is most famous for its meteorite crater, with a diameter of 30 kilometers. You can learn more about the history of this amazing event at the Riesenkrater Museum, housed in a 15th-century barn in the center of town. Other interesting sights include the Bavarian Railway Museum, the Nördlingen city museum, and the Nördlinger Stadtmauer, the historic wall that still partially surrounds the town.
