When chef Manuel Reichenbach was a child, his grandfather taught him to respect everything and not to waste anything. In honor of this, whatever products the restaurant cannot completely consume during the ripening period, are pickled, fermented, marinated or bottled.  There is a constant change in the menu offerings at Casa Tödi restaurant. Each spring, the owners plant many vegetables and fruits in the garden, which can be found on the menu throughout the year.  This menu is casual and offers à-la-carte dishes. Casa Tödi also serves the ‘Tempronza dalla Sesiun’ menu and a tasting menu. The menus range from 3- 7 courses and give a true experience of the traditional Swiss cuisine.

Hotel restaurant Casa Tödi is part of local history for almost 5 centuries now. The hotel restaurant is located in Trun, a Swiss village that enchants its guests with imposing mountains and cultural landmarks.  One can admire numerous murals and artists like Alois Carigiert and Matias Spescha while hiking through the area. In the museum of Trun, you will find a great variety of local art.
