The Alpenblick’s excellent food is renowned far beyond the Jungfrau region. Chef Richard Stöckli is praised for his pure passion for cooking. In his Alpenblick restaurant, he serves traditional Swiss cuisine as well as the finest local dishes. Each dish is perfectly paired with a glass of excellent wine by sommerlier Yvonne Stöckli. Behind the restaurant, Richard maintains a lush garden of fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Most of what the restaurant serves their guests comes directly from the garden or from the nearby mountain cows.
