At restaurant Adler, head chef Daniel Fehrenbacher shows culinary creativity, technical perfection, and inventiveness at its best. While cooking up his gastronomic delights, the chef’s wife, sommelier Kerstin, pampers diners with excellent service and wine recommendations. Chef Daniel’s parents are still very much in the picture as well. His father, Otto Fehrenbacher, works as senior chef and is mainly responsible for the restaurant kitchen and the in-house cooking school. While Pia Fehrenbacher, the chef’s mother, impresses diners with her service and attention to detail.
