His resume includes many of the national top fine-dining establishments, such as the Munich restaurant Tantris, Hangar 7 in Salzburg, and the Marcobrunn in Schloss Reinhartshausen. He has cooked side by side with top chefs Eckart Witzigmann, Lea Linster, and the Swiss three-star chef André Jaeger, where he learned from the very best.
