He was a finalist in the San Pellegrino Young Chef competition and part of the Emergente Chef Centro Sud selection in 2022, standing out for his balance of creativity and restraint. That same year, he also took part in Identità Golose in Milan, presenting his take on grey rabbit with Thai broth, a dish that captured both his technical skill and openness to influence. Though he prefers the kitchen to the spotlight, these moments reflect a chef steadily making his mark, one thoughtful plate at a time.
