The cuisine at Lo Sudiero centres on quality ingredients that are sourced locally and the finest herbs, spices and produce from around the world. Constant research goes into the ever-expanding menu to make sure that each and every sense is tantalised and that guests are surprised by the combination of flavours.

Lo Scudiero is perfectly suited for private functions such as weddings or celebrations thanks to its large reception hall. The restaurant is elegant and spacious yet feels cosy and inviting thanks to the vaulted ceilings and old brick walls. Part of the garden can also be used for larger events and the restaurant team or on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Chef Daniele is always happy to discuss menu options and prepare dishes to make sure that any celebration at La Sudiero is one to remember.

Lo Scudiero is located in the Baldassini Palace in the heart of all the people of Pesaro and dates back to the end of the 16th century, at the bequest of Marquis Ranieri Del Monte of the Della Rovere family. After a brief period in the hands of the Gozze family, in 1700 it was acquired by the Baldassini family and still is today. It is the only palace in Pesaro located in the city centre to boast a very large Italian-style garden which is still used by the restaurant for private events.
