During his apprenticeship in St. Valentin, celebrity chef Hubert Wallner learned his cooking skills from the very best: famous chefs Hans Haas, Hermann Huber, and Martin Sieberer.
After working in Switzerland for three years, he settled in Austria’s culinary world and opened his own restaurant in Techelsberg am Wörthersee, Hubert Wallner, which is now one of the country’s most acclaimed restaurants.
