After opening his very own restaurant, chef Thomas Gruber took on a new adventure at Seespitz restaurant in 2018. The passionate chef was born in Carinthia, a state in Austria, and showcases elegant creations that beautifully integrate the region. Following the restaurant’s catchphrase “simple fine-dining”, chef Thomas lets you experience Alps-Adriatic cuisine and Carinthian flavours. The “slow food” philosophy is close to his heart, and Thomas finds it important to show the origin and value of his products.
