On January 24th JRE chef Ralph Hermans from Restaurant Rantrée in the Netherlands, will be in Lugano, Switzerland for a new version of Dining with the Stars, he will be cooking a very special dinner together with chef Diego della Schiava from the Restaurant The View in Lugano.

This event is part of the "Dining with the Stars" project by Planhotel Hospitality Group, in partnership with Martino Crespi Events, Mastercard and JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs. The project has been going on for nine consecutive years in the beautiful Diamonds Resorts Athuruga and Thudufushi and this year the project goes to Lugano for a very special evening at the Hotel THE VIEW.

Experience an unforgettable culinary collaboration as Executive Chef Diego Della Schiava of THE VIEW Lugano and renowned JRE Chef Ralf Hermans from the Rantrée, the Netherlands unite for a remarkable four-hands dinner. This evening showcases their combined Michelin-starred talents, featuring a meticulously curated 5-course meal that's a masterpiece in culinary artistry.
