Exclusive Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle menus from the two JRE top chefs Thomas Dorfer and Lukas Nagl
In autumn, the renowned champagne house Laurent-Perrier and Falstaff are once again inviting you to the exclusive dinner series: three of Austria's best chefs, including two members of JRE, will create high-class 5-course menus to accompany the extravagant Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle champagne , the flagship of the house. Thomas Dorfer will kick things off on October 25th with his gourmet hotel Landhaus Bacher, which was once again named the best restaurant in Lower Austria in the Falstaff Restaurant Guide 2023 with 99 points. Lukas Nagl will follow on November 10th (Restaurant Bootshaus in the Genießer-Seehotel Das Traunsee, Falstaff 2023: 98 p.).
