The spectacular Hubert Wallner gourmet restaurant has long established itself as Carinthia's gourmet hotspot: a fantastic place high above the lake, with casual design and a dream panorama included. Here the exceptional chef celebrates his legendary Alpe-Adria cuisine.

The vegetarian evenings at this year's See.Ess.Spiele are all the more exciting, for which JRE Hubert Wallner and his team come up with extraordinary ideas and give vegetarian specialties from the region a fantastic stage.
