This year, the Fiera del Riso - Isola della Scala returns to welcome the gourmet flavors by JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs chefs.
Over the course of two evenings, guests of the Fiera del Riso - Taste of Earth will be involved in new sensory journeys among the flavors of cuisines from around the world.
The tradition of Riso Nano Vialone Veronese PGI will meet the warmth and suggestions of Spanish cuisine, ?? in particular of the La Mancha region, in the menu proposed by chef Teresa Gutierrez chef at Azafran and rising star of the Hispanic gastronomic panorama. The chef's proposals will be accompanied by a live flamenco show.
The journey continues between the islands of Croatia Murter and Kornati, in the name of typical Croatian flavors, live music performances and the ingredients of the island cuisine. The protagonist will be chef Vjeko Bašić, chef at Restaurant Boba and president of JRE-Croatia, who will combine tradition and experimentation to offer a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience.
