The 2023 edition of the restaurant and hotel guide appears in a design that is both visually convincing and provides good orientation for readers. The guide presents the diversity and quality of the establishments, the chefs and their individual kitchens are presented in detail in text and image form. There is also comprehensive information on opening hours, booking options, prices and special offers.

Jeunes, MdH and Famous

The members of the association are divided into Jeunes Restaurateurs and MdH, Membre d'Honneur (after the age of 50). This is clearly reflected in the guide: on a double page, readers can find out everything about the young top chefs, and the members are each presented on their own page. The association has come up with something special for former members who have remained connected to the association: As JRE Famous, these top chefs are inducted into a Hall of Fame. They also receive a short entry in the guide.

Learning and working at JRE

The first year in office of the new President of JRE Germany, Oliver Röder, is all about "Learning and working at JRE". For this reason, there are four pages in the guide that illuminate the training principles and offers of JRE-Germany. "As an association, our primary goal is to create JRE moments - for our guests and our employees," says Oliver Röder. The JRE Guide is available in the restaurants of the member companies and can be downloaded online.
