JRE-Slovenia, together with OTP Bank, created a unique wine and culinary experience that brought together tradition, innovation, and exquisite taste in Radgonske gorice – the oldest sparkling wine cellar in Slovenia.

The event was designed as a journey through three distinct experiences, inviting guests to taste, feel, and connect through food, wine, and storytelling. Divided into three groups, guests explored different parts of the historic Radgonske gorice cellar while discovering the artistry of JRE chefs.

The evening began with culinary indulgence in the cellar’s foyer, where guests were welcomed by Bine Volčič (Monstera Bistro) and Leon Pintarič (Gostilna Rajh). Their dishes expressed Slovenian culinary heritage and authenticity in a modern way – infused with the refinement and creativity that define the JRE philosophy.

The journey continued into the heart of the Radgonske gorice cellar, where sparkling wines have been crafted for centuries, each bottle carrying the pride and history of the region. There, guests enjoyed the second experience, created by Jure Brložnik (Miza za štiri) – a culinary story served among wooden barrels and quiet tunnels, where time slows down and the air breathes with wine.

The final experience of the evening was a tasting of Untouched by Light, the world’s first sparkling wine produced in complete darkness. It reminded everyone that a true experience does not need light – only the senses and the moment.

The night concluded with relaxed conversations over sparkling wine and dessert, where laughter, connection, and inspiration flowed as freely as the bubbles in the glass.

Once again, the event proved that gastronomy is more than food – it is a way of connecting people, feeling a place, and creating moments that last.
