A talented chef with a passion for Swiss cuisine Siggi Tschurtschenthaler is the chef-owner of restaurant Adler in Fläsch, Switzerland. He was already helping his mother in the kitchen by the age of ten. Born in South Tyrol, Siggy has over 25 years of experience in cooking, half the time as a chef. He opened his own restaurant Adler in 2020, which now holds 15 Gault Millau points and three hats. This talented chef creates his own signature dishes and surprises guests time and again with the classic Swiss specialties he prepares.
