The spine of our cuisine is nature - wild & cultivated. We cherish traditions and strive to renew them. We are ambitious and meticulous, but want to be playful and always exploring. Our cuisine is inspired by the region of Westphalia, Brittany and L'ile de la Réunion, but we draw inspiration from all over the world. We follow the rhythm of the years and the cycle of the seasons. We use natural ingredients and can therefore use a little piece of nature on our plates all year round. We work closely with our suppliers to achieve this. Open kitchen, chefs bring everything to the guest themselves.
