Culinaria im Farmerkreuz’s cuisine

The culinary innovations in Culinaria im Farmerkreutz are a perfect mix of southern Tyrolean and Mediterranean gastronomic traditions. The bistro menu for lunch is made up of simple seasonal dishes, while the gourmet menu for dinner is made up of elaborate and refined dishes. At the head of this restaurant are two brothers, Manfred and Stefan Kofler, who share a passion for food and hospitality. The dishes at Culinaria im Farmerkreuz include local specialties, fish, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine.  Favorites on the menu include a variation of foie gras with pistachio, golden delicious apple, and the saddle of venison with turnip, parsley, wild currant and forest mushrooms. All served with a light and modern flair, prepared by chef Manfred Kofler and paired with an excellent glass of wine selected by sommelier Stefan Kofler.
