Manfred KoflerChef Manfred Kofler, born in 1982 and a native of Merano, started his culinary career after completing his studies at a hotel school. He gained experience in restaurants across Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and notably in South Tyrol. Upon his return to South Tyrol, his cooking at ‘Culinaria im Farmerkreuz’ was heavily influenced by both traditional Alpine and mediterranean flavours.
