Manfred Kofler

Chef Manfred Kofler, born in 1982 and a native of Merano, started his culinary career after completing his studies at a hotel school. He gained experience in restaurants across Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and notably in South Tyrol. Upon his return to South Tyrol, his cooking at ‘Culinaria im Farmerkreuz’ was heavily influenced by both traditional Alpine and mediterranean flavours. The special menu ‘From the Alps to the Sea’ takes guests on a culinary journey from the mountains to the coast. Manfred's cuisine reflects his philosophy on Alpine culture, the local territory, and mediterranean influences, presented in a modern, sustainable, and high-quality manner. In 2017, he was awarded a Michelin star. Now he started a new adventure with Culinaria Moments' Private Dining, while maintaining the same steadfast commitment to quality, creativity, driven by his passion.
