Chef Alessandro Bellingeri grew up among the most exciting kitchens in Italy and brings the skills he acquired during this time and a sprinkling of imagination to reinterpret traditional dishes from a territory that, although not his own, he feels now is his job to represent through his food. Allesandro was born in Cremona before moving to Trentino and then South Tyrol which is his second home and offers him a rich, plentiful landscape that is filled with fresh ingredients and heaped with tradition.
