Lorenzo Di Bari

Lorenzo Di Bari runs his restaurant with young people at his side, working together as a team for the success of each one. And you can taste this values sitting at one of our tables, tasting our proposals. Lorenzo Di Bari took over in the kitchen of his family’s restaurant, Due Spade, after the passing of his father who opened the restaurant over 35 years ago. Born and raised in the kitchen, Lorenzo’s passion for food is apparent in the way he glides around his workspace with grace and ease. When not twirling a basketball, his other passion, Lorenzo is chopping, stuffing and preparing local classics that have been passed down through his family over the years. He believes that a team is only as strong as each and every member so his team of five in the kitchen have become part of the family. Having learned his craft at his father’s side, he has injected his own flair and personality into many of the dishes that he creates that have now become firm favourites with regulars and visitors alike.
