Pietro d'Agostino is owner and chef at restaurant La Capinera. After his culinary education, Pietro worked at various top restaurants, including Hyde Park in London and Grand Hotel Costa Smeralda in Costa Rica. In 2003, he returned to his beloved Taormina and decided it was time to open his own restaurant: La Capinera. Here, his culinary creations were awarded a coveted Michelin star in 2006 and continue to draw food lovers from near and far.
