Gaetano Trovato is chef at Ristorante Arnolfo. Gaetano spent time in France and Switzerland after earning his culinary degree to refine his cooking technique and learn about classical French cuisine. In 1982, he returned to Italy and opened his very own fine-dining establishment Arnolfo where his gastronomic achievements were awarded two Michelin stars.
