Fabio Mecchina was born in Busto Arsizio, Varese, in 1988. After his studies he discovered his passion for cooking and decided to turn it into his profession. Having undertaken a professional course, he enriched his experience in some of the best restaurants in London working for Chefs Helene Darroze, Clare Smyth, Alex Dilling and Arnaud Bignon.
