From interior designer to mountaintop chef
Sabina Villaraggia (1990) initially trained as an interior designer but decided to dedicate her life to her passion for cooking and hospitality. As a self-taught chef, without culinary school or experience in other restaurants, she draws daily inspiration from the surrounding nature. Her cuisine is characterised by straightforward, elegant dishes that bring out the essence of local ingredients.
