As the third generation to run this renovated gourmet establishment, chef Luigi Pomata excellently showcases his kitchen, which is a beautiful blend of Ligurian, Sardinian, and Arabic traditions. On the menu you will find (raw) fish, seafood and tuna from Carloforte, the chef’s hometown, play a starring role. After gaining culinary experiences in kitchens across Italy and the world, Luigi returned to his hometown in Sardinia and devoted himself to the restaurant of the family in Carloforte. Here, he serves traditional local cuisine that has been given an innovative twist with creative ideas.

Fish is a key feature, with Carloforte bluefin tuna a clear signature, treated with the same attention as every ingredient.
