The cuisine at Jägerhof is inspired by traditional regional dishes that have long been part of the menu at the restaurant as well as some newer, creative dishes inspired by both local and international flavours. The two menus, “From the Region”, and “From Afar” have a wide variety of different dishes from marinated beef carpaccio with a Mediterranean vegetable chutney, mustard seeds, rocket and parmesan to Thai Tom Kha Gai with chicken, coconut milk, coriander and mushrooms. Creative, fresh market flavours are combined to make simple ingredients exciting and new. An extensive wine pairing menu is also available to complement the flavours of these innovative dishes.
For a front row seat in the restaurant and to see Chef Agron Lleshi in full swing, Jägerhof offers a Kitchen Table Experience for 2-6 guests where diners join the chef and his team in the kitchen to see how everything is prepared. A special menu is put together for each group or couple and a wine pairing menu is expertly chosen to complement every dish. This experience is an excellent opportunity to see this talented chef at work and see how each dish is put together and created - ideal for any special occasion.
