Restaurant La Gloriette offers various French specialties by chef Olivier Bauche, such as his seared foie gras with cherries and tarragon; and fillet of Simmenthal beef, with gnocchi sautéed in mushroom sauce and seasoned with soy sauce. Diners with a sweet tooth surely won’t be able to resist the chef’s Dame Blanche, made with vanilla from Madagascar. You can order dishes à la carte or choose one of the 3-, 5- or 7-course menus including the special JRE Discovery menu. The in-house sommelier, Véronique Bauche-Fauvarque, will ensure a great food-wine pairing.
