Jörg LenzinJörg Lenzin started his own cooking story at Restaurant Chez Jeannette in Aarau. After the tough but interesting apprenticeship, he took up the challenge of a seasonal position and stayed at the Hotel Palace in Gstaad for 8 seasons. In the off-season he never rested and extended his experience at home and abroad. He worked at the Hotel Beau Rivage in Lausanne, for 3 months at the only 7-star hotel Burj al Arab in Dubai, or at the Four Season Hotel in Limassol on Cyprus as well as at the Hotel de Paris in Monaco and at The Vintage Restaurant in Ireland.

Ochsen’s cuisine
The traditional Swiss cuisine at Ochsen restaurant includes delicious classic dishes and local specialties. The excellent food by chef Jörg Lenzin draws guests from near and far, and has been awarded a Bib Gourmand and 14 points in the Gault Millau guide. Specialties on the menu include the exquisite veal fillet tartare with pickled egg yolk, mayonnaise and Fricktaler truffle; and duck breast with red cabbage, napkin dumplings and rum plums. Each dish can be perfectly paired with an excellent glass of wine from the extensive wine list, carefully selected by sommelier Judith Lenzin-Munari.

Restaurant Ochsen is situated in Wölflinswil, a town in the district of Laufenburg in Switzerland. The impressive surrounding layered landscape of Jura is very beautiful here. During all seasons of the year, an extensive network of hiking trails offers visitors the opportunity to take relaxing walks in wonderful natural surroundings. You can explore the "two villages circular route", the "iron path" or the "Perimuk path", all offering breathtaking views of the landscape.
